This book contains non-grouping addition equations for students to practice and can be used in a variety of ways, but it is recommended that the student completes 2 pages each day and times each page individually as well. Before starting the second page, the student should also reflect on the time taken for the first page and the number of questions answered correctly (this can be checked with the answer key on the last few pages of the book). With these two factors in mind, the student is challenged to decrease the amount of time and increase the number of questions answered correctly each time.
